Culpable Homicide - the Sentence
Retired South African Judge, Kobus Van Rooyen on Masipa's Judgement:
In the circumstance, unless someone has a terrible record of having committed many crimes, Culpable Homicide I wouldn't say would usually lead to a prison sentence.
It would be something else. It could be house arrest.
So I'm wondering whether she might not come to that conclusion.
