One of the MOST GROUND BREAKING LEADS were these two E.Fits of a possible suspect, not revealed publicly until FIVE years later when they were released by the current Scotland Yard investigation, who described the E.Fits as vitally significant.'

McCanns private detectives in 2008 had drawn up, as part of their investigation, two E.Fits of a possible suspect in the case of missing Madeleine.  Together with a report these were presented to Kate and Gerry McCann.

The E.Fits are of a man, seen on the night Madeleine McCann was reported to police as missing, the man was carrying a child fitting Madeleine's description.  The man, according to one of the witnesses to this sighting - resembled Gerry McCann, though the witness who stated this did not connect the two until he saw footage of a news report of Gerry McCann carrying his young son Sean from the plane on the McCanns return to the UK.   It was on seeing this, the way that McCann carried the child which took the witness 'back' to the man he had seen on the night of 3rd May 2007 the night the McCanns declared that Madeleine had been abducted.  Not the police - the McCanns! 

The witnesses to this sighting were members of an Irish family, the Smith family, who were holidaying at that time in Portugal, staying at a home they have in Praia da Luz the village where the McCanns and their buddies were holidaying also.

The man was seen, not close to the McCann apartment, but some distance away, heading in the direction of the beach.

The E.Fits were created based on the descriptions given by the Smith family, at least, that is what the public have been led to believe, so on that understanding, I will continue.

At first glance the two E.Fits would appear to be of two different individuals, but on closer look they are more similar than not.  The conclusion,  one could reach therefore is that more than one person assisted /supplied the descriptions which allowed the two E.Fits to be produced, and quite probably at different 'sittings/sessions.' 

Logically, if the two E.Fits are not exactly the same, then they were not based on one person's recollection.  Two persons seeing this man would not necessarily recall his facial features in exactly the same way, that stands to reason.

(there is of course a remote possibility that two persons could have worked on, created, generated the E.Fits, using different equipment but based on the description given by one witness - but hardly likely - why would they need two persons to create the image?  Therefore much more logical, that more than one witness contributed descriptions of the man seen, hence the slight differences in the two images)

As things stand, these two E.Fits (save the quality of the image, the grain) are pretty much alike, a slight difference in area around the chin but otherwise pretty similar.   So, whichever of the witnesses provided the descriptions they were on the 'same page.'

As to the quality if you like, of the two E.Fits, the grain of the images, would suggest that they were produced perhaps, not necessarily by different people, but using different methods/different computers, equipment etc as one is much more clear than the other.

Much argument abounds as to whether the E.Fits could have been produced based on the sighting by the Smith family, as some believe the Smith's would not have been able to give such detailed information, based on their police witness statements.  Saying also that Mr Smith Senior did not see the man's face.  

Mr Smith's police witness statement, tells us a different story!

Mr Smith Senior WAS able to provide police with quite a detailed description in terms of facial features - that the man was not wearing spectacles, did not have a moustache had a normal complexion, that he was aged around 35/40 years of age, his hair was a standard male cut, brown in colour.  For Mr Smith to have given an approximate age for this man he would have to have seen his face.  He was also able to give a description of the man's clothing.

So yes, contrary to what some say, Mr Smith, DID see this man's face! 

As to whether with the passing of time, Mr Smith would be able to identify the man should he see him again, based on facial features, is another matter, but he did in fact according to his police witness statement, see the face of the man who was carrying the child.

It was reported in press that Mr Smith Snr after having stated he believed the man he saw was Gerry McCann, later retracted this statement.

There has been no official statement made publicly by the Smith family to this effect, simply a press story, therefore it may well be the case, that Mr Smith Snr still firmly believes that he saw GERRY McCANN!

DCI Andy Redwood stated at the beginning of his investigation that neither Kate or Gerry McCann, any of their holiday buddies, or anyone else who knew them prior to their time in Portugal are suspects in this case.

That would, if true, then rule out Mr Martin Smith sticking to his original story - that he was almost certain the man he saw carrying the child was Gerry McCann.  Or, it may suggest that he stuck to it but Redwood for whatever reason decided to rule out Gerry McCann as being the man Smith saw? 


His son, Mr Smith Junior however was not able to give any real description other than that the man was of pale complexion, no spectacles, that he could recall.  Mr Smith Junior did not give as much attention to the man carrying the child as Mr Smith Senior had, as he was walking with his pregnant wife and his attention was more focused on her.

Mr Smith Senior, his 12 year old daughter, could not give a detailed facial description but noticed so much more, one thing in particular, the man was wearing light coloured trousers possibly with buttons on the side - similar to trousers Gerry McCann has been pictured wearing.  How interesting!

As to Mr Smith's wife Mary, I am unclear what description she gave of the man she saw.  But it does appear that as they crossed paths, she made a remark in passing to the man regarding the child he was carrying.  The man did not reply.  

One would have to assume that Mrs Smith did then see the face of this man, that when she directed her friendly comment to the man, that she looked in his direction though how well or how clearly she is able to recall..?

So I do not find it strange at all that E.Fits could have been produced based on the information/descriptions given by the members of this family.  

Perhaps Mrs Mary Smith and Mr Martin Smith Senior her husband are two persons who provided the information, as their son and daughter whilst able to give a certain amount of information were not so clear on the facial features of the man they had seen.

The Portuguese Police Investigation was shelved (not closed, but shelved) in 2008.   Should any credible evidence come to their attention it would be re-opened (as we now know it was re-opened in more recent times)

The E.Fits were produced on behalf of the McCanns in November 2008 (after the Portuguese Investigation was shelved)

The E.Fits did not see the light of day until OCTOBER 2013!

Incredible really.   Their child is missing.   They had vast sums of money at their disposal, courtesy of the public who donated £m's to the Madeleine Fund, their mantra was always they would leave NO STONE UNTURNED, yet the McCanns/The Madeleine Fund, as part of their private investigation funded in part by the donations made by the public, did NOT release the E.Fits into the PUBLIC domain.  

How could they have failed to turn the biggest stone in this story - Smithman?


The E.Fits produced in November 2008 and in the possession of the McCanns/The Madeleine Fund since that time, were:

  • FOR FIVE LONG YEARS - NOT REVEALED TO THE PUBLIC.
  • FOR FIVE LONG YEARS - KEPT UNDER WRAPS. 
  • FOR FIVE LONG YEARS - THIS PARTICULAR STONE LAY UNTURNED.
  • FOR FIVE LONG  YEARS - WHERE, IF MADELEINE WAS ALIVE, THIS CRUCIAL INFORMATION WHICH MAY HAVE HELPED THE CHILD BE FOUND, WAS TUCKED AWAY SOMEWHERE.
  • FOR FIVE LONG YEARS - IF THE CHILD WAS NOT ALIVE,  DURING WHICH THE WHEREABOUTS OF HER REMAINS MAY HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED, THE PERPETRATORS OF CRIMES AGAINST HER DISCOVERED ALSO.
FOR FIVE LONG YEARS HER PARENTS DID NOT REVEAL TO THE PUBLIC THE EXISTENCE OF THESE E.FITS.

WHY?

During this time this 5 year period of non disclosure of the E.Fits the McCanns produced a documentary.  THEY MADE NO MENTION in said documentary that they had in their possession, E.FITS OF THIS POSSIBLE SUSPECT?

The Smith family sighting was mentioned but portrayed as being one and the same man as the Tanner sighting - how misleading of the McCanns!


Kate McCann too, put together in book form, what she referred to as 'an account' of the case of her missing daughter - she FAILED TO MENTION, in this book/account, anything whatsoever about these E.Fits.

The Smith family sighting was mentioned in the book - but NO mention of the E.Fits she kept their existence hidden from the public, hidden from those who purchased and read her 'account of this case'


The book she said she wrote for Madeleine for the child to read on her return, and for the twin children to read when they reached an age they were able to understand.

I can only say the twins will no doubt ask why mummy and daddy chose not to put those E.Fits out in the public domain, where they may just have helped their missing sister.

They will want to know why mummy left ONE HUGE DARN CHUNK of VITAL INFORMATION out of HER ACCOUNT!

A question that the entire world would like answered.
A question that those who donated will surely want answered.  These generous people thought their donations would help Madeleine, so that NO STONE WOULD BE LEFT UNTURNED!
A question that those who purchased her 'account of the truth' will want answered.

Countless interviews the McCanns gave over those FIVE YEARS, never once informing the public of the existence of the E.Fits.  Never once HELPING MADELEINE by making them public.   E.Fits described by Metropolitan Police as being vitally significant!

If the MIGHTY MET said the E.FITS were VITALLY SIGNIFICANT - I cannot imagine what EXCUSE the McCanns/The Madeleine Fund, their private investigation could possibly come up with for withholding such vitally significant information in the case of their missing daughter?

Clarence will have to get his thinking cap on for this one - and just how much will it cost Madeleine, her Fund, for whatever lie he may supply to try and make this go away!

Begs the question - did DCI Redwood not consider it vitally significant to his investigation, that the McCanns had not disclosed the existence of these E.Fits to the public?   Surely that would have made the guy suspicious of the McCanns, question whatever was their motive for suppressing vitally significant E.Fits?


DCI Andy Redwood of the Metropolitan Police introduced the E.Fits in the public domain - together with his famous REVELATION MOMENT regarding the Tanner sighting - in the Crimewatch production of October 14th 2013, though in the weeks leading up to Crimewatch being aired, the public had been "treated" to trailers of this upcoming revelation moment!  ( Redwood at this point in time had the E.Fits in HIS POSSESSION for more than TWO years!)


  • He did not make it entirely clear who had given the descriptions for these E.Fits.  The suggestion being the Smith Family.

  • Redwood did not inform the public as to how he had obtained the E.Fits that is, whether the McCanns had handed them over willingly, or whether he had had to seek any form of legal action to obtain copies of same.

  • Neither did he explain during Crimewatch how he came to learn of the existence of the E.Fits

  • And rather more important, Redwood did not explain that the McCanns had had the E.Fits in their possession for years at the time when he obtained his copy.
DCI Redwood, is always ambiguous in his statements, or rather he darn well deliberately leads the public a merry dance.  To say he has led the public up the garden path - an understatement.

Statements such as - 'Madeleine may be alive, or Madeleine may not be alive.'   'We are 'almost' certain we have identified the sighting by Jane Tanner as being a daddy taking home his child from the creche' pretty much a nonsense.  He either has identified this 'daddy' or he has not.   He either believes, based on evidence gathered that Madeleine is dead or she is not.


Yes, and the world have identified that DCI Redwood is the real bumbling cop in this pantomime that is Operation Grange, in this 3 year long Metropolitan Police Investigation, or should that be, he is the 'chosen one' the one his superiors decided was best able to play the role which was required for this so called investigation - right down to every last 'Oh Arrh' spouted by the country bumpkin.  He not only sounds like a dolt, he looks the part too, and under this guise he would deliver the bullshit needed to steer the public from the obvious, by the barrow load.

But did the McCanns, DCI Redwood know of what was about to hit the headlines - the McCanns/The Madeleine Fund, their NON DISCLOSURE in the public domain of those E.Fits?

Most probably!   But at what time each party became aware of this and which of the parties was happy for this to happen..?

Stories of hidden E.Fits and a damning report by these private detectives relating to the McCanns and their holiday buddies was not what the McCanns wanted in the public domain.   Their former private detective claimed that the McCanns threatened to sue if he disclosed the content of his report/existence of the E.Fits, if this information was leaked.  So for FIVE long years the McCanns kept the public in the dark.

The former private detective for reasons unknown, decided to spill the beans and spoke with the press revealing the story of the E.Fits being supressed by the McCanns and of course there was the that damning report.

The guy didn't stop there, he also took part in 'The McCanns and the Con Man' this must have caused the McCanns some sleepless nights - it was all out in the open...

So what caused this ex private detective to start singing, that is singing from a different hymn sheet than the one the McCanns had instructed him too?  What made him ignore their threats after all of five years and turn to the press with his story?

It was then reported that the McCanns said they did not hide the E.Fits, that they had in fact passed (copies?) of same to the Portuguese Police, the Leicestershire Police in UK in 2009, and also the Metropolitan Police in 2011.

Makes one wonder then why it took the Metropolitan Police, TWO + years to release the E.Fits into the public domain, E.Fits which they described in October 2013 as significant to the investigation?  

Did it really take Redwood from 2011 to 2013 to appreciate the significance of such E.Fits, or to realise the McCanns had been deceitful had arguably further endangered Madeleine's life, and hindered greatly any searches for the missing child which may have been active at that time.

That makes little sense when a child's life is in danger to not act on this information with the greatest of urgency for the Metropolitan Police to not make the E.Fits known for over 2 years?

And it makes much less sense that Kate and Gerry McCann did not reveal to the public the existence of the E.Fits, keeping this quiet for over 5 years.

The Crimewatch production was also produced, a collaboration between the Metropolitan Police, the McCanns, their representatives, and whoever else.   It was stated at the time, that it had taken several  months to produce.   And that again makes one realise that there was NO URGENCY on the part of Madeleine's parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, nor on the part of the Metropolitan Police to release the E.Fits, no urgency to discover what had become of Madeleine.

Had there been (urgency) the Metropolitan Police would have acted much sooner, not only in terms of the date where the E.Fits first came into their possession (reported as 2011) but in terms of  the timing of the Crimewatch Production (which was not an honest or true account of the events of the night Madeleine vanished, at least, not according to the police witness statements given by the McCanns and their buddies - Redwood knows this too)  preferring to build up to this launch of the E.Fits, with trashy trailers of what was to come, of what DCI Redwood was GOING TO REVEAL as though promoting the latest movie from Hollywood, and not announcing a supposed breakthrough in the disappearance of a little girl.

The fact that the Metropolitan Police did not disclose the E.Fits for more than TWO years after receiving them, and that the parents of missing Madeleine, Kate and Gerry McCann did not disclose TO THE PUBLIC these E.Fits AT ALL not EVER as part of THEIR private investigation in the FIVE YEAR PERIOD from their receiving them, pretty much tells us that neither party believe Madeleine is 'alive and well' unharmed as Gerry and Kate McCann insist on telling us -  

McCanns repeatedly state there is no evidence that the child has come to harm - Hell  SHE'S MISSING - HAS BEEN FOR OVER SEVEN YEARS - SHE HAS COME TO HARM!

This little girl came to harm before she was removed from that holiday apartment, before she was reported as missing!

So why would the Metropolitan Police TAKE SO LONG TO GET THOSE E.FITS OUT THERE?

WHY DID THE MCCANNS PUBLICLY FUNDED INVESTIGATION NEVER GET THEM OUT THERE AT ALL DURING THOSE FIVE YEARS?

There is one thing that runs through this case that none of us can deny, that none of us could have missed, and that is the STENCH...This case STINKS...the stories told by the McCanns and their buddies - STINK...the involvement of David Cameron STINKS, the involvement of CLARENCE MITCHELL - STINKS , the involvement of Rebekah Brooks STINKS, the Metropolitan Police...always a bit on the whiffy side be it this case or any other...STINK .   This case stopped being about the missing child Madeleine McCann, on the night the child was reported as missing - AND THAT IS THE BIGGEST STINK OF ALL.

No one was eager to help Madeleine.  Seems there was no great haste, no urgency to disclose the E.Fits.    Hell,  what is FIVE YEARS to a kid who is being held in a hellish lair by paedophiles - that is what the McCann private detective Dave Edgar announced some years ago, at a time when he TOO must have known of these E.Fits (produced by a previous private detective working for McCanns) that Madeleine was in a hellish lair in the lawless lands which surround Praia da Luz.

When the shit hit the fan and the Sunday Times ran the story of the E.Fits having been suppressed by the McCanns for five years.

The Times did amend their original article.  The paper, explaining that it was not FIVE YEARS the McCanns had withheld the E.Fits from police authorities but a shorter time - one, or two years, instead of the five or whatever is the number.  They apologised!

Sadly for Madeleine, her brother and sister, the McCann extended family and friends, Kate and Gerry McCann DID keep secret, for FIVE LONG YEARS, from THE PUBLIC- the very people they ask to search for their child, the very people who they ask to donate to their Fund - the very people who mattered if they wanted this man found. if they wanted Madeleine to be found.

There is a rumour the McCanns are to sue the Times Papers - that must have come as a surprise to the public, McCanns suing anyone...and of course speculation as to why, soon followed.

The general consensus of opinion seems to be that it is in connection with the Times having stated the McCanns withheld the E.Fits for five years.

Now whether they are suing the Times
Whether it is in relation to this matter or any other...

What remains, and I like to keep things simple - is that the McCanns IF their EX PRIVATE detective has been truthful - and we will have to assume that he has been - (or I rather think he may be the one getting sued) that he did in fact pass to the McCanns in 2008 these E.Fits and that they did keep them under wraps, the E.Fits together with a report wherein he advised that the McCanns as soon as possible, should:

  •  get those E.Fits out into the public domain
  •  and where he further reported that his findings during his investigations, pointed to discrepancies in the statements given by the McCanns their holiday party their buddies. and in particular, it was a damning report in respect of Jane Tanner the McCann buddy who claimed to have seen a man carrying a child on the night Madeleine was reported as missing.  Her sighting/her police witness statements just not credible.
The report it seems made clear that the Smith family WERE credible witnesses.  

The the McCanns friend Tanner - WAS NOT!

Interestingly after receiving this report from their private detective, the McCanns did not release the E.Fits of the Smith sighting, the family described as independent and credible witnesses, not only by their private detective.   They chose to continue to promote the sighting by their buddy Jane Tanner which their detective said was not credible, which the Portuguese Police said was not credible and which the Metropolitan Police decided was not of a man carrying off Madeleine, and wiped it CLEAN AWAY!.

The Portuguese Police reached the conclusion SEVEN YEARS ago, and almost immediately, that the statements and sighting by Jane Tanner was not credible, not truthful!

***And for the record for those who have not followed this case.  It was the McCanns who said Madeleine was abducted and it was the McCanns who produced the image of the man seen carrying the child which was shown globally as being the person Tanner saw, the person who supposedly abducted Madeleine.

This was not a jot to do with the Portuguese Police!

It brings home to us the power of money - these two people had not a penny to rub together at the time this child vanished - their mortgage being paid from the Fund monies for a time - but a power was given to these parents who neglected their children one vanishing, when they were given and allowed to use the monies donated by wealthy backers, and the monies donated by the public to be used in any way they so wished, to get any story they wanted out there, be those stories the truth or lies.  It allowed them to employ several law companies, libel lawyers, criminal lawyers both in UK and in Portugal, press agencies in Portugal private detectives, and a mouthpiece at a cost of £70,000 per year, Clarence Mitchell, to spin any story they felt was required by way of self protection.   It further gave them the power to threaten others (this former team of private detectives but one party) if they did not toe the McCann line!  The monies donated by the public allowed them to raise legal actions against others whether justly or unjustly.

There is not a missing child in the world where so much money, so much press attention - much generated by the McCanns and their spokesperson, stories created and shaped by them - so much protection of the parents has been given.  The hundreds of interviews, some now regular, the annual sofa stints on breakfast TV.  
One has to question WHY?   And why the very obvious in this case is seemingly being ignored by the Metropolitan Police?****

The Metropolitan Police it would seem are still playing catch up -- as if --- they are playing silly buggers - they know the score in this case!

The big question is WHY they are playing silly buggers when a child is missing?

But back to those E.FITS.

The McCanns for seven years have been accepting from the public, monies to help as they say, their private search for Madeleine.  Every penny, Gerry McCann claimed in interview, aids the search.  Not so, but that is for another day.

The monies were used to have these E.Fits produced.

Now why would McCanns pay their private detectives, to organise the production of these E.Fits, a process which must have involved contacting the Smith family, meeting with them, and the Smith's in turn, agreeing to give descriptions of the person they saw carrying a child on that night, and then NOT release the E.Fits?

IS THAT NOT THE MOST SUSPICIOUS OF  BEHAVIOUR by the McCanns, the cruelest of behaviour NOT DISCLOSING crucial information, an act which arguably hindered Madeleine's chances of being found of being returned to her family?

Bottom line is, no matter whether any police force the Met or Leicestershire police were given copies of the E.Fits Five, Four, Three, Two or One year after they were produced - no matter if every police force around the world was issued a copy of these E.Fits - the McCanns/the Madeleine Fund, their PRIVATE INVESTIGATION had them in THEIR POSSESSION for FIVE YEARS and did NOT disclose this information to the PUBLIC..

During those FIVE YEARS, the Madeleine Fund of which Kate and Gerry McCann their family and friends are the directors, the persons who make the decisions as to where the publicly donated funds will be spent, amongst other matters:

  • DECIDED NOT TO RELEASE THE E.FITS.
  • DECIDED NOT TO POST THE E.FITS ON THEIR FIND MADELEINE WEB SITE.
  • DECIDED NOT TO LET THE PUBLIC KNOW OF THEIR EXISTENCE.

The public paid for these E.Fits by donating to help find Madeleine.

Whether the Tims or any other news group who reported on these E.Fits got their numbers right/wrong - One, Two, Three, Four, Five years - it remains that the McCanns themselves had these E.Fits and kept them under wraps for what we know to be FIVE YEARS!
WHY?

I cannot think of one good reason, any valid or justifiable reason for doing so.  Why they would do this to their missing daughter?

There was nothing in the world stopping Kate and Gerry McCann from getting these images out there to help Madeleine - all they need have done was pop them on their website.

The images could have been re-produced in Kate McCanns book, which sold thousands of copies, and what better way of getting the image of a suspect out there.

YET SHE DID NOT INCLUDE THEM IN HER BOOK?

And WHY OH WHY - would the McCanns, IF they had passed these E.Fits to the various police forces, NOT HAVE A MADE A HUGE HULLABALOO when the Metropolitan Police did not act on them immediately, but held off releasing them for almost THREE YEARS?

Why did they not take any action against the Metropolitan Police for hindering the investigation to discover what became of Madeleine, by the Mets withholding of the E.Fits?    E.Fits which DCI Redwood said were SIGNIFICANT TO THE CASE - VITALLY SIGNIFICANT!

The  McCann tale of abduction and all else makes not a jot of sense, has no ring of truth to it.

So who is kidding who?

NO PARENT OF A MISSING CHILD WOULD SPEND THE MONIES DONATED BY THE PUBLIC TO HELP FIND HER, IN HAVING E.FITS PRODUCED OF A MAN SEEN CARRYING A CHILD OF THEIR DAUGHTER'S DESCRIPTION ON THE NIGHT SHE WAS REPORTED AS MISSING, AND THEN NOT RELEASE THEM?
FIVE YEARS THE MCCANNS HAD THESE E.FITS - THERE IS NO ESCAPING THAT, NO MATTER AT WHAT TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY GIVEN TO LEICESTERSHIRE POLICE OR THE METROPOLITAN POLICE - or WHETHER THE TIMES GOT THE NUMBER OF YEARS 'SUPPRESSED' WRONG

McCANNS/MADELEINE FUND -  HAD THEM FOR FIVE YEARS AND DID NOT RELEASE THEM - UNDER THEIR OWN PRIVATE INVESTIGATION, AND THAT IS WHAT IS SHOCKING.

THAT IS THE ISSUE - NOT THEIR SUING OF THE TIMES PAPERS (if they are) THAT IS McCANNS DOING WHAT THE MCCANNS DO, NO MORE THAN WHAT PEOPLE EXPECT OF THEM.  THAT IS THE NATURE OF THE BEAST, THAT IS McCANN.

DON'T LET US BE SIDETRACKED BY McCANNS SUING THE TIMES IF INDEED THEY ARE - THE REAL ISSUE - THE McCANN PRIVATE INVESTIGATION, WHICH THE PUBLIC PAY FOR - HAVING SUPPRESSED THE E.FITS!
  • E.FITS WHICH WERE RELEASED INTO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN BY METROPOLITAN POLICE, BUT NOT UNTIL 2013.
  • E.FITS WHICH THE PUBLIC HAVE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE WERE BASED ON DESCRIPTIONS GIVEN  BY SMITH FAMILY
  • E.FITS PRODUCED BY THE MADELEINE FUND/McCANNS
  • E.FITS NEVER RELEASED BY MCANNS/MADELEINE FUND PRIVATE INVESTIGATION.
Remember also, any confusion with regards the E.Fits as to:

  • Who produced them
  • Who gave the descriptions on which they are based
  • When they were produced
  • Why they were never released revealed to the public.
  • Why the McCanns threatened to sue the former private detectives if they revealed the contents of the report/information re the E.Fits
  • Why they never launched any appeal based on these E.Fits to help find Madeleine.
...can all so easily be cleared up the position clarified by the McCanns!

Will they book some 'ass space' on Kelly's sofa and explain to the world, the Madeleine Fund's FIVE YEAR PERIOD OF NON DISCLOSURE of the E.Fits where they kept their existence from PUBLIC?

Wouldn't it have been helpful to the public, the people they were asking to search for Madeleine, if they had provided them with these vital clues as to who they should be looking for?

IT STINKS!

If they are able to appear on breakfast time sofas to tell all sorts of other tales, appeal for funds, and if they can appear in Court in Lisbon in a bid to gain monies from a now retired detective, and if they continue to sue others, as would appear to be the case once more -this time around the Express - then they can SO VERY EASILY EXPLAIN TO THE PUBLIC WHO HAVE GIVEN SO GENEROUSLY TO THEIR FUND, TO HELP MADELEINE WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON! 

A message on their website explaining why they did not release vital E.Fits of a suspect in the disappearance of their daughter.  They are always keen to post crap Christmas messages thanking the public for their support blah blah blah - so how about a message explaining why they didn't support Madeleine?

Their conduct their failure to reveal the E.Fits makes one think, that they too thought the E.Fits looked like Gerry McCann.

Makes one think also, that they know Madeleine is not alive, hence the non disclosure of the E.Fits.

The Smith sighting by members of a family, independent witnesses to a child being carried by a man on the night Madeleine was reported as missing, a child fitting her description, and a man whose description fits that of Gerry McCann (a Gerry McCann look a like in Praia da Luz that night?)  E. Fits produced of this sighting by the McCann Investigation AND THE McCANNS DON'T RELEASE THEM INTO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN?

There are lot of questions the McCanns need to answer regarding their Fund, the monies donated, the purpose it was used for, their private search, and not least why these E.Fits paid for by the public were not released.  

AND I'D LOVE TO KNOW WHY THEY WOULD THREATEN A PRIVATE DETECTIVE, with legal action,  FOR HELPING MADELEINE BY DIVULGING THIS INFORMATION

All involved in the Madeleine Fund, that is Kate and Gerry McCann their family members and friends, who are the directors, the persons who make the decisions, the persons responsible for and accountable for the monies and the decision making, who ALL must have known of the existence of these E.Fits which were being kept from the public - all of these people are responsible, have played a part in reducing Madeleine's chances of being found, what became of her being discovered, the perpetrators of crimes against her being caught.   They each and every one of them must be held accountable for the damage to the search for young Madeleine Beth McCann.  Not their private search whatever the hell that might be - the search which they have asked the public to carry out these past seven years - the search they claim Dr Amaral's book hindered.

What greater hindrance to the search for a missing child than her own parents not divulging to the public crucial information in the form of E.Fits of a suspect.  A suspect considered by the Metropolitan Police as vital clues in this investigation.

While the McCanns were claiming that Dr Goncalo Amaral hindered their search by writing a book which detailed the Portuguese Police Investigation, the findings of same - they the McCanns were sitting on the E.Fits which DCI Redwood of the Metropolitan Police stated are vitally significant to the investigation.

Again, don't be sidetracked by news of Times, the possibility that they are being sued, that is but a distraction whether true or not.

Keep asking WHY these E.Fits IN THE POSSESSION OF THE McCANNS for FIVE YEARS NEVER SAW THE LIGHT OF DAY?

They may or may not have handed them, in 2009, and 2011 respectively - willingly or as a result of legal action, a formal legal request for their release - to police authorities in London, or Leicestershire, but they NEVER AT ANY TIME DURING THE COURSE OF THEIR PRIVATE INVESTIGATION, PAID FOR BY PUBLIC DONATIONS, REVEALED THE EXISTENCE OF SAID E.FITS, THAT IS NEVER RELEASED THEM IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN TO HELP MISSING MADELEINE.

Keep asking why they would have failed their missing child in this way?

The Times Newspapers/Murdoch the McCanns - all big enough, ugly enough, and nasty enough, greedy enough, ruthless enough to rip each other apart if that is how they want to play it.

My concern rather lies with Dr Goncalo Amaral, a decent guy, an honest guy, a guy hounded by the McCanns who are funded by wealthy backers, protected by others.  Dr Amaral and his family have suffered greatly, not least financially at the hands of these nasty, nasty people.   A man attacked by the McCanns for doing the job asked of him as an officer of the law, for doing it honestly with integrity.

He has committed no crime.  He was tasked to head the Madeleine investigation.

That the parents of the missing child who did not fully co-operate with the police authorities, whose police witness statements and stories do not add up, neither theirs nor their buddies that they have been able to treat this man as they have is an outrage.

Justice it seems at times is reserved for the wealthy.   The McCanns are not wealthy, have no class, but they have been backed by wealthy persons, and they act as though this elevates them in some way in society- money does not buy decency, morals, class or honesty - tragically it can silence the truth!

They have used monies donated by an extremely generous public, many of whom I am sure had not a clue as to how the monies they donated were being spent.  

It was deceitful of the McCanns to not disclose the existence of the E.Fits.

It shows a complete and utter lack of care as to what their child if alive was suffering, no urgency whatsoever to relieve the child's pain.

As a parent of a missing child, you receive such crucial information, E.Fits of a suspect, the BEST lead you have received so far, by independent, reliable and credible witnesses would your first thoughts be

A.  To BURY THEM?

B.  To get them into the public domain to help find your missing child?


Hell you would walk the streets day and night handing out copies of these E.Fits.

The McCanns they didn't need to do that - they had the finances to do much more.

They had a website.
They had Kate McCanns book.  
They had the press (Mitchell) at their disposal, the press they had used for ALL OF THEIR OTHER TALES.
They had KELLY'S SOFA and a million and one others too...  

And they CHOSE, they and their Board of Directors at the Madeleine Fund, consisting of family and friends, all those who are supposed to care for Madeleine - Oh AND they had good old Uncle Brian, the man described by Gerry McCann as a 'good governance kind guy' on their Board, and between them they decided it was best to not reveal the E.Fits which could have helped find their missing child, the perpetrators of the crimes committed against her.

You sat at this interview, KNOWING YOU HAD THOSE E.FITS TUCKED AWAY NICELY, and spoke of MADELEINE, HER BEST INTERESTS BEING MET.

McCann whinged his way through this interview of how things were so very very difficult for him and his other half.  Being rude to the interviewer when she asked a difficult question.

Telling the public that they must understand their position, to keep GIVING THEM YOUR CASH.

Kate McCann stated that their ultimate goal was to find Madeleine!

The interviewer, Darshna Soni ask the McCanns if they have any NEW LEADS.

Gerry McCann replies:

"I'd like to say to you that we did have some hot leads but I mean the very fact that we are calling for a complete review to identify further areas for investigation is telling you that more needs done all the information needs to be put onto one data base erm because that may be the way that we find the the key bit of information , the missing piece of the jigsaw."

Kate McCann:

There's information in lots of different centres that hasn't been brought together and there could be two key bits of information that individually don't seem key but put together could give you some valuable information that could take you that one step closer to finding Madeleine...

Gerry McCann:

"We want action, we want metrics we want deliverables, the Government should be doing more to look out for her best interests..."


  • Remember they were sitting on those E.Fits when they were asking the public for help for all manner of reasons, not least cash...

  • They were sitting on those E.Fits when Gerry McCann spoke of having NO new leads.

  • They were sitting on those E.Fits when Gerry McCann said they were trying to find KEY bits of information.

  • They were sitting on those E.Fits when Gerry McCann said they were looking for the MISSING PIECE OF THE JIGSAW.

  • They were sitting on those E.Fits when Kate McCann said their ULTIMATE GOAL was to find Madeleine.

  • They were sitting on those E.Fits when Kate McCann said there could be valuable information that could take them ONE STEP CLOSER to finding Madeleine.

  • They were sitting on those E.Fits when Gerry McCann said he wanted action, metrics and deliverables.
THE McCANNS DID NOT DELIVER TO THE PUBLIC THE KEY PIECE OF INFORMATION, THAT WAS THE E.FITS.

THE E.FITS THE MISSING PIECE OF THE PUZZLE THOSE FIVE YEARS?

THEY DID NOT TAKE ACTION, OR RATHER PROPER ACTION on RECEIPT OF THESE E.FITS.

Kate and Gerry McCann sat at this interview at a time when they HAD in their possession, crucial, vital and significant information as described by DCI Andy Redwood of the Metropolitan Police, yet when ASKED DIRECTLY by Darshna Soni if they had any NEW LEADS - McCann shuffled his ass around in that chair, Kate looking as guilty as hell stared at him, and NEITHER ONE OF THEM gave up by way of reply to Darshna Soni that they had these E.FITS.


Gerry McCann in this interview, wriggled in his seat, pulled his ear, scratched his head, breathed heavily (thought his hairy neck and chest was going to pop out through his hairy sweater) when questions became difficult, not to his liking.  He was rude to Soni and all the WHILE he and his wife Kate McCann, bluffed their way through, dodging difficult questions and more crucially and sadly for Madeleine,Sean and Amelie - NEVER MENTIONING THE E.FITS!

They spoke of Dr Amaral, McCann saying that Dr Amaral's motives for wanting to make people believe Madeleine was dead had to be questioned.

The motives behind Gerry and Kate McCann NOT revealing to the public, who they were asking to search for this child, who they were appealing to, to donate monies to a Fund supposedly to search for Madeleine - the existence of these E.Fits keeping them concealed for FIVE YEARS - MUST BE QUESTIONED

These parents in my opinion absolutely cannot be trusted.   Time and again they have been caught out, not being truthful, but to keep those E.Fits under wraps - No words to describe parents who would do this to their missing child.

This case and all involved with the McCanns, questions have to be asked of them!

In part one McCann opens by telling the general public, that police authorities have not been doing anything pro active to find Madeleine (the case was shelved at this time) and that it is important that new avenues are explored...

Like the E.Fits?  Were they not new avenues?

McCann complains also that they have not been made privy to a particular report held by the Government he wants to know what it contains.

Like the report by the private detectives advising that Tanner's story was a farce, inconsistencies in the stories by the McCann party, and contained the E.Fits, which they have kept secret?

He speaks of the Government being accountable to the public.

Would that be in the same way that they the McCanns are accountable to the public who have donated to that Fund?

He speaks of the public being shocked at learning that the authorities have not been 'doing anything'   He said their focus was on making sure there was a GOOD search NOT ON STOPPING ONE for a missing child.

Would that be in the same way that the public would be shocked to learn that they had kept those E.Fits under wraps?   Which in essence stopped a search for a missing child from progressing?


I doubt the McCanns are suing Times Newspapers but if they are I hope the whole darn lot of them rip each other apart, the ex private detective, their secret agents who worked for them,  I include in that too, because there is NOT a one of them who has been wholly truthful in this case of missing Madeleine.

None of them now know who to trust - and certainly not each other!

The wicked webs this bunch have weaved are starting to unravel.

As ever my advice to the public re the Madeleine Fund - keep your money in your pocket where it is safe, where you know for sure how it will be spent.  Spend it on something you will later be able to show for your hard earned cash.

None who gave to the Madeleine Fund were able to say - ' hey I helped pay for those E.Fits the ones which were KEY to the investigation, the ones which turned out to be the MISSING PIECE OF THE PUZZLE, the ones which brought Madeleine home.  The ones which helped discover the perpetrators of the crimes against her'

And that is because you were never privy to what your money bought!

The images the McCanns did not reveal to the public having had them in their possession for FIVE years.   Poor Madeleine.

Do not forget either, that at the time DCI Redwood released these images, Gerry McCann praised the Met for finding this new information!   He asked the public to rack their brains.  McCann had at this time these these E.Fits in his possession for years.  It was not new information!


McCann:

"These cases can be solved, and I think that's what the public need to think about tonight, the new information, and really rack their brains and come forward, really"


Really Gerry McCann the public need to think about this new information, rack their brains, and have to come forward in response to this NEW information, the "new"  information which you had concealed for FIVE years, information about your buddy Tanner's police witness statement and sighting being crap, that she had never seen anyone carrying a child, and that you and your other half had kept it ALL to yourselves, that and the E.Fits.

They take the public for mugs!

McCann wants metrics he said.

I think the public now have the measure of the McCanns - compare their conduct before and after Madeleine was reported as missing during that holiday in Portugal - to that of other parents, all the metrics we need.

Gerry McCann also said on Crimewatch:

"OUR BEST CHANCE OF FINDING HER IS IDENTIFYING THAT PERSON AND THAT IS WHY THE E.FITS AND SKETCHES AND THE NEW INFORMATION TONIGHT ARE SO IMPORTANT TO US BECAUSE THAT'S PROBABLY THE BEST CHANCE WE HAVE GOT OF FINDING MADELEINE"

SO why DID THEY REMAIN UNDISCLOSED FOR FIVE YEARS?


Oh and general public, don't forget seems there is a £20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for Madeleine's disappearance.
