Nel Argues Successfully
On the issue of the Mental Health Act, the evidence given by the Dr Vorster, Gerrie Nel indicates to Court his intention to make application for Oscar Pistorius to be sent for assessment and observation under Mental Health Act.
He states that he is sure that the Defence, Barry Roux, in introducing, Dr Vorster never intended for this to result in Pistorius being referred.
