Since the time of Madeleine McCann's suspicious disappearance, where her parents refused to co-operate fully with the police investigation, where her mother Kate McCann refused to answer 40 + questions put to her by Portuguese Police (her legal right to choose whether to answer of course, but what mother chooses not to assist police when her 3 year old daughter is missing, when that mother believes her daughter is in the hands of paedophiles?) we have heard countless times from the child's parents that she has come to no harm.

It is difficult to not only understand why any mother would refuse to help her child (of course the argument is, that she did so as she was advised by her legal representatives to keep her mouth tightly zipped. The other side of that argument is - Why would she have been advised to not assist police if she had nothing to hide? ) but it is this constant ' She has come to no harm' or rather this constant 'there is no evidence she has come to any harm' that is troubling to say the least that is difficult to understand.

If the little girl was removed from her bed by a paedophile as the McCanns have told the world is their belief - then quite clearly she has come to very serious harm.

If she was removed from her bed by anyone, even someone who took the child to raise as their own - she has come to very serious harm.

No one but no one has the right to kidnap a child, or abduct a child for whatever reason. Kidnap though is not perhaps a description to be used in the case of this missing child as somehow, to me at least it implies a 'ransom.' And there was never any ransom in the Madeleine case!

No matter who removed Madeleine from Apartment 5A the Ocean Club, Praia da Luz, Portugal, be it her parents, one of their buddies, a stranger, someone known to the McCanns, (who the McCanns either know/don't know removed the child) the child has come to serious harm.

If we get back to the McCanns this 'no harm has come to the child' blah blah blah.

We can only take from this, one thing, that by 'no harm has come to her, or no evidence of the child having come to any harm' that they the McCanns in fact mean, there is NO EVIDENCE THAT SHE IS DEAD. that her DEAD BODY HAS NOT BEEN FOUND.

Whilst I am sure we all understand that parents of a missing child would cling to the hope that their child will be found alive - it is more than odd for them to repeatedly state that the child has come to NO HARM when quite evidently SHE HAS!

Madeleine and her younger siblings first came to harm (that we know of) when they were left - according to the police witness statements given by her parents - alone in a holiday apartment.

This harm inflicted on them by their parents was increased when the parents then decided to increase the dangerous situation which they were leaving their kids, by leaving a patio door unlocked. (Neither of the parents have been able to state which night they decided to further increase the harmful situation they were placing their kids, nor have they come up with any rational or plausible reason as to why they did so - PERHAPS BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ONE? How can their be a good reason to leave your kids in this way?)

They again upped the danger level/harm to their children, when after Madeleine (again according to their police witness statements) told them that she and her baby brother were crying when alone in the apartment, the night previous to the child being reported as missing, and had called out for her parents, who did not come to attend to her and her brother - THEY WALKED OUT AND LEFT THE KIDS AGAIN IN THE UNLOCKED APARTMENT?

And I know anyone reading is going to find it astonishing, but they did not leave it at that NO SIREE!

Dad Gerry McCann claimed in his police witness statement that he, on the night his daughter vanished, had gone to the apartment to check on his kids.

Guess what he found?

THE DOOR TO HIS KIDS BEDROOM WIDE OPEN! He had not left it in that position.

He stepped into their room, all THREE CHILDREN WERE FAST ASLEEP. THE TWIN BABIES IN THEIR COTS, AND MADELEINE IN HER BED IN THE EXACT POSITION AS HE HAD LEFT HER.

That is his sworn statement!

Now I ask you, all you parents out there - IF POSSIBLE, imagine that you are the Drs McCann. You leave your three kids alone five nights, in a dark holiday apartment - Such a dangerous thing to do, to put your children's lives in such peril, but let us imagine you, me, all out there did this.

We then decide it is not dangerous enough to leave them in a locked holiday apartment, so let's go out for the evening and leave the patio door unlocked (slightly open perhaps so that we can slip our fingers in the gap to open the door as it had no handle on the outside) THEN our 3 year old child says - HEY MAW AND PAW, WHERE WERE YOU WHEN ME AND MY BROTHER WERE CRYING LAST NIGHT, WHY DID YOU NOT COME?

We ignore this. Hell so what if they were crying, don't bother us one itsy bitsy bit. WE'RE HEADING OUT AGAIN TONIGHT, SAME TIME, SAME PLACE, SAME KIDS LEFT ALONE, SAME PATIO DOOR UNLOCKED, HELL THEY CAN CRY IF THEY WANT!

We return to the apartment, find the door to the kids bedroom WIDE OPEN. We know we closed it over before we left, not completely, leaving only a little gap to let some light in. BUT HELL, it's WIDE OPEN.

WE FEEL WHAT AT THIS POINT? Think what at this point? (KNOWING WE HAD LEFT OUR KIDS ALONE IN AN APARTMENT WHERE ANYONE COULD JUST SLIDE THE PATIO DOOR OPEN, ENTER AND HARM OUR KIDS, KNOWING BEFORE US WAS A WIDE OPEN BEDROOM DOOR, KNOWING WE HAD NOT LEFT IT IN THAT POSITION, KNOWING THAT OUR ELDEST DAUGHTER OFTEN GOT OUT OF BED IN THE NIGHT, KNOWING SHE WAS AT ALMOST 4 YEARS OLD PERFECTLY ABLE TO SLIDE OPEN A PATIO DOOR ) THINK FIRST OUR DAUGHTER HAS GOTTEN OUT OF BED, SO THEREFORE FEEL CONCERNED THAT SHE HAS BEEN AWAKE IN OUR ABSENCE? THAT SHE WAS PERHAPS FRIGHTENED, CRYING, PERHAPS THE LITTLE KIDS TOO, AWAKE UPSET?

Of course we would be concerned, more than concerned. We would be so angry with ourselves for ever having contemplated leaving them on their own.

We look inside. Kids all counted. All still in their beds, still sleeping EXACTLY AS WE LEFT THEM, THEY HAVE NOT MOVED AN INCH.

What DO WE FEEL NOW?

RELIEF FOR STARTERS - that they are all present, that none of them was awake distressed, that none of them had gotten out of bed, relieved that they had not COME TO ANY PHYSICAL HARM when alone in the apartment, had not taken a knife from the kitchen, had not climbed and fallen, had not slipped on the tiled floor of the dark apartment, had not tried to make tea, boil a kettle, had not tried to obtain a drink from the kitchen, climbed and fallen, had not taken any medicines lying around - the list is endless.

BUT MOST OF ALL we would be SO RELIEVED THAT NONE OF THEM WAS MISSING. THAT NONE OF THEM HAD WANDERED OUT THROUGH THAT UNLOCKED PATIO DOOR. THAT NO ONE HAD COME IN THROUGH THAT UNLOCKED PATIO DOOR AND REMOVED, ONE, TWO, OR ALL THREE OF OUR KIDS.

The relief would be OVERWHELMING that our kids were safe.

Would we WALK OUT AFTER DISCOVERING THE BEDROOM DOOR WIDE OPEN?

HELL NO!

Having established our kids DID NOT OPEN IT, the FIRST THING ON OUR MIND WOULD BE - WELL WHO IN HELL DID?

WAS THAT THE FIRST THING ON GERRY MCCANNS MIND?

IT SURE IN HELL WASN'T - NOT ACCORDING TO WHAT HE TOLD POLICE.

First thing he thought was 'WHAT A LUCKY DADDY AM I, AND HOW BEAUTIFUL WAS MADELEINE.'

(THIS STORY WAS LATER FURTHER EMBELLISHED TO READ - THREE BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN THAT HE WAS LUCKY TO HAVE (HE INCLUDED THE TWINS IN HIS LATER VERSIONS )

Now does that ring true to even the thickest out there, that this guy, a doctor having found the door to his kids bedroom wide open when it shouldn't have been, when he had left his three toddlers alone in an unlocked holiday apartment, when he had established that NONE OF THE KIDS had been out of bed, so they didn't open it - DOES IT RING TRUE that he would then JUST WALK OUT THAT APARTMENT, NOT BOTHER TO CHECK IF ANYONE HAD BEEN IN THERE WITH HIS KIDS - AND LET'S FACE IT SOMEONE HAD TO HAVE BEEN FOR THAT DOOR TO BE WIDE OPEN - THAT HE WOULD JUST MOSEY OFF BACK TO THE BAR TO DINE WITH HIS BUDDIES, AND ON THE WAY STOP TO TALK TO AN ACQUAINTANCE, NOT MENTION WHAT HE FOUND IN THE APARTMENT TO

THE ACQUAINTANCE (the acquaintance stated McCanns behaviour was normal at this time. SO NOT THAT OF A FATHER WHO HAD JUST DISCOVERED THAT SOMEONE UNKNOWN TO HIM HAD BEEN ALONE WITH HIS KIDS IN HIS HOLIDAY APARTMENT. NOT THAT OF A FATHER WHO HAD JUST EXPERIENCED WHAT MUST HAVE BEEN A MOST TERRIFYING MOMENT WHEN HE REALISED THAT BEDROOM DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN. NOT THAT OF A FATHER WHO WAS TROUBLED OR CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT HE HAD FOUND)

NOR TO

his wife Kate McCann when he returned to the table.

NOW WHY WOULD McCANN NOT HAVE TOLD HIS WIFE THAT THE BEDROOM DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN?

WHY WOULD MCCANN HAVE LEFT HIS THREE KIDS IN THAT APARTMENT AGAIN AFTER DISCOVERING THAT DOOR WIDE OPEN?

Simplest answer and most logical:

He's telling a crock of lies!

Take a look back one and all and see exactly at which point McCanns story of looking in on the kids and thinking how lucky he was a father, how beautiful was Madeleine, how beautiful his three children, see at which point this little story was invented.

Think about his little documentary where he plays the part of the lucky daddy, where he enters the bedroom and talks a lot of fuckin' nonsense about looking down on Madeleine lying sleeping on the bed, her blanket and her cuddle cat beside her.

A father who has just discovered that someone has been in his kids room or at least opened their bedroom door and he stops to have a 'proud father moment' A DAMN guilty moment it should have been!

He came away with a story that was so far fetched so far off the mark of what ANY PARENT would have felt knowing someone had to have been in that apartment with his kids. He told a fluffy story that everyone would concentrate on, made himself out to be this loving father, who felt so lucky to have lovely kids - he just happens to have missed out what any loving father would really have felt at such a discovery, horror, fear, then relief, followed by guilt and disgust at what he had done to his three kids the dangerous circumstances in which he had left them. He would have fallen then to his knees this guy this devout christian and thanked his god that his children were safe.

But the truth is, IF the story he has told the world is TRUE - that he left those kids night after night, firstly in a locked apartment, then an unlocked apartment. Ignored his child's plea when she told him and his other half that she had been crying when alone, and IGNORED THE FACT THAT SOMEONE HAD TO HAVE BEEN IN THAT APARTMENT TO HAVE OPENED THAT BEDROOM DOOR - he's not fit to be a father!

What McCann should have been demonstrating in his documentary was his horror at finding that door wide open. On discovering the kids had not been out of bed, he should have been explaining the utter fear and panic that took over, that he would have experienced, when the realisation set it that SOMEONE, AN INTRUDER had been alone in the apartment with his children.

And that is what ANY PARENT would have felt. Complete and utter fear! They would have been so relieved that their reckless conduct had not resulted in any of their children being harmed by THE INTRUDER! They would have held those kids so tight, and never left them alone for a split second. McCann would have thanked his god that they were safe, still there!

HE DIDN'T!

He didn't even tell KATE McCANN his wife about that WIDE OPEN BEDROOM DOOR.

And we know that because any mother being told that would have IMMEDIATELY LEFT THAT DINNER TABLE to be with her kids. SHE WOULD HAVE SCREAMED AT HER PARTNER FOR RETURNING TO THE BAR AND LEAVING THE KIDS ALONE AGAIN DESPITE THE FACT THAT SHE TOO HAD BEEN PART OF THE INITIAL DECISION TO LEAVE THEM ALONE THAT NIGHT, DESPITE KNOWING THEIR CHILDREN HAD CRIED THE PREVIOUS NIGHT.

SHE DIDN'T!

We can take from this that the story told by these parents is either

Fabricated

that these two parents, doctors, are the most negligent, cold, uncaring, selfish parents on the planet. Not fit to have kids in their care if it was more important to them to dine with their buddies than to INVESTIGATE HOW THAT DOOR CAME TO BE OPEN, THAN TO NOT STAY WITH THEIR KIDS TO KEEP THEM SAFE AFTER SUCH A DISCOVERY.

Which brings us back to what in McCannland constitutes HARM?

Clearly NONE of the above does, else they would not have inflicted all of the fear and upset they did on their own flesh and blood. Kids crying in their absence. Kids telling them they cried, being ignored. Kids left in an apartment WHEN THE FATHER KNEW someone had been inside and had opened the bedroom door.

Seven and a half years with paedophiles is NOT considered harm having come to Madeleine either.

Seven and a half years away from her family, her mummy and daddy, her brother and sister and extended family, not considered harm.

Seems to me the HARM the McCanns speak of is DEATH.

Unless their daughter Madeleine has died she has COME TO NO HARM!

This rather begs the question.

DCI Andy Redwood in ONE of his theories, he has more than one, which means he has no evidence or strong evidence to state which of his theories is the one he is going on - spoke of a burglary gone wrong.

By a burglary gone wrong he has to mean that Madeleine DIED!

A burglar would not carry off a living child for sure. (not that I believe a burglar would carry off a dead child either)

McCanns KNOW of this DCI Redwood theory. Therefore the McCanns KNOW that Redwood was thinking the child was dead, thinking she HAD COME TO HARM. That is, she had come to harm as per the McCanns definition of the word!

Does Gerry McCann really believe that there is NO REASON WHY MADELEINE CANNOT COME HOME?

McCanns say no evidence of any harm.

Evidence says - NO abduction!

Let's hope that 2015 brings an end to this farce, to the McCann piss taking - seven years more than enough!

Let's hope too that the DCI Redwood has let the new officer in charge (DCI ?) N. Wall, in on, HOW THAT BEDROOM DOOR CAME TO BE OPEN AT JUST AFTER 9PM when McCann was in the apartment, yet he, Redwood believes the burglary GONE WRONG took place just before 10pm Kate McCanns visit?

Oh and not forgetting dodgy Matthew Oldfield. Seems that door was WIDE OPEN AGAIN when he was in the McCann apartment at 9.30 pm!

So where was Mr Burglar between McCann and Oldfield's visits to the apartment. And where was Mr Burglar between Oldfield's and Kate McCann's visit?

Sure we'd all love to know the answer to that one!
