Tapas Timeline for PJ

Tapas Timeline for the PJ

On this date, I attached to these official papers 3 computer printed pages, relating to the description of the events, that have been collectively prepared by the nine people of the group in question, that was delivered to this Police Officer by the British Liaison Official, before the start of re-questioning of those same people.

Portimão, 10 May 2007

From the timeline prepared by the tapas group and presented to the PJ before the re-interviews on 10th May 2007 an interesting entry:-

21.55 hours:

RMO (Rachael M. Oldfield) asked time at the table.
RJO’s (Russell J. O’Brien’s) main course arrives.

Now why would Rachael Oldfield, asking or being asked the time (not sure which as it is not exactly clear) be of such importance that it required to be included in their timeline of events?

Why not include the time at which Kate McCann announced at the table that she and husband Gerry had left Madeleine, Sean and Amelie in an unlocked apartment, asking her companions if they thought it was better they did this, so that if Madeleine woke she could go outside to search for her mummy and daddy?

That is something rather more significant to the case of a missing child - an unlocked door left deliberately in this position (according to Kate McCanns best friend Fiona Payne, and the others at the table who heard her say this) so that young Madeleine could exit!

But then, nothing the group did was to aid discovery of the whereabouts of the missing child  -  it was always to plant a seed, that they were here, or there at a particular time,  or that something happened at a particular time - items which would cover their asses -never was it to assist the missing child...

So at 21.55 on the night of 3rd May 2007 Rachael Oldfield either asked the time, or someone asked her what time it was...

And who was it that either asked her the time, or who responded if it was Rachael who asked this question - Gerry McCann perhaps as we know he had a watch...

Who in the bunch found this sufficiently significant that they felt the need for it to be included in the timeline?

I think we all know the reason why it had to be included...
